- Numba is now an optional dependency; if it is not installed, :func:`sobol`
  will fall back to a slower pure-Numpy implementation.

  .. warning::

    If you are using :func:`sobol`, or :func:`gaussian_copula` /
    :func:`t_copula` with ``rng="Sobol"``, you may experience performance
    degradation. To avoid it, you need to explicitly install Numba.

    - If you use pip, make sure you ``pip install pyscenarios[numba]``
      instead of just ``pyscenarios``.
    - If you use conda, make sure you explicitly add ``numba`` to
      your ``environment.yml``.

- Sped up :func:`sobol` by ~33% on Numba.
- Arguments ``chunks`` and ``rng`` are now keyword-only.
- Improved type annotations.
- Added formal support for Python 3.13 (but the previous release works fine too)
- Changed dependency support policy from NEP 29 to SPEC 0
